Which County Park Has Your Heart This Valentine’s Day?

February is a month all about love, and love isn’t just about people. It’s also about the places that bring us together and give us space to move, gather and recharge. For many of us, our county parks are exactly that. They show up for us day after day, season after season.

We all love our parks a little differently, and we all bring our own passions with us when we visit. Some of us come for the workout, some for connection, some for play and others for a little peace and quiet. These park spaces touch all of us. They might be where you met your partner, shared a first date or celebrated your wedding. They could be where friendships formed with childhood laughs on the playground, workouts shared on the trails or neighbors who grew into true community. And for some, the parks themselves are the Valentine: a favorite trail, a quiet bench or the perfect place to spend time alone and unwind.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating ALL that love. Each of our nine county parks has its own personality and we’ve created downloadable Valentine cards for each one. Share them with the people you love, or keep one as a reminder of why your favorite park holds your heart.
