OVERVIEW
The entrances to Settlers Cabin Park on Ridge Road will receive landscape upgrades to create a more welcoming and sustainable gateway for all visitors. This project was a recommendation from the Ecological Assessment and Action Plan for Settlers Cabin Park and includes tree plantings designed to enhance the park’s natural beauty while also helping to reduce stormwater runoff and provide new habitat.
PHASES
In June 2025, the first phase – along the west entrance to the park was completed. The second phase will involve planting along the east entrance. Planting is expected to take place in spring 2026.
