OVERVIEW
The Parks Foundation completed the first phase of a trail segment that enables trail users to connect from Settlers Cabin Park to the Panhandle Trail spur of the Montour Trail. When completed, the connector will eventually give access from Settlers Cabin Park to South Park and the Great Allegheny Passage.
