OVERVIEW
Following the comprehensive sign guidelines established by the Allegheny County Parks Foundation, a new set of signs were installed in Deer Lakes Park in fall 2017 to serve as a pilot project for signs in all nine County Parks. These signs were designed to enhance the park experience for visitors by providing accurate and visible details about the locations of park facilities and amenities. Signage location plans have been completed for Boyce, Settlers Cabin, White Oak and Round Hill parks that will be implemented by Allegheny County.
